Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic)

Pearson Test of English (PTE) assesses English language skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking. It is a computer based academic English language test (Online). You will use a computer and headset to listen to, read and respond to questions. PTE exam is conducted by Pearson – Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).

PTE Academic score is recognized by over 80% of universities and colleges in the UK, CANADA, USA, AUSTRALIA & NEWZEALAND. PTE Academic is also accepted for visa purposes by the Australian government (example: immigration).

Test Format


PTE Academic assesses listening, reading, speaking and writing all via computer in a single 3-hour test session.

PART 1: SPEAKING & WRITING (77 – 93 minutes)
